Bruce Alphenaar, Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Ph.D. Yale. Alphenaar was recently hired for the Eminent Scholar in Nanotechnology. He is currently a Senior Scientist at Hitachi Cambridge Laboratory. His latest research includes spin transport in carbon nanotubes. He will start on campus in October 2000.
